**1. DC** — Directed by Arun Matheswaran, this Lokesh Kanagaraj-starrer follows Devadas, a rebel with his own moral code who’s pulled into a cycle of love, loss, and revenge after protecting a farmer’s family. Wamiqa Gabbi plays dual roles that add emotional weight to the chaos.

**2. The Court** — A quieter, more personal watch. It follows Yazhini, a young woman with a speech impediment, as she takes on a legal battle against her own father — a celebrated courtroom veteran — exposing buried family truths along the way.

**3. Bigg Boss (South)** — The biggest crossover event of the week. Four regional versions — Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada — premiere together, hosted by heavyweight stars Nagarjuna, Mohanlal, Vijay Sethupathi, and Kichcha Sudeepa.

**4. Unmadham** — A slow-burn psychological thriller starring Kunchacko Boban as a cop-turned-reluctant-investigator chasing an old disappearance case, only to find the mystery blurring into his own nightmares and marriage.

**5. Ananthan Kaadu** — Set in the late ’80s and early ’90s, this Arya-led thriller follows four friends from a struggling neighborhood trying to outrun their circumstances — a nostalgic, gritty character drama.

**6. Korean Kanakaraju** — The wildest premise on this list. Varun Tej plays a temple-troupe leader who gets possessed by the spirit of a Korean man and must fly to South Korea to break the curse. Pure horror-comedy chaos, perfect for a fun weekend watch.
