### 1. The Tasty Florida

Two chefs, **Baek Eun Gyu (Kim Yoo Hwan)** and **Cha Ji Soo (Moon Kang Hyuk)**, run a famous rooftop restaurant and have lived like brothers since childhood. Then **Seo Hae Won (Cha Woo Min)**, a university student with almost no cooking skills, moves into the guesthouse below and starts working there. Sparks fly with both men, and the brotherly bond turns into rivalry.

**Why watch:** Episodes average about 10 minutes each, so you can finish the whole story in one sitting. The stakes are low and the focus is on food and romance.

### 2. Although I Love You, and You?

**Matsumoto Sakae (Kan Hideyoshi)**, an Osaka restaurant owner nursing a breakup, falls instantly for **Soga Hisashi (Nishiyama Jun)**, a shy Tokyo businessman who can’t cook at all. They have almost nothing in common, and much of the humor comes from that gap. Just as Sakae wins Soga over with sincerity and good food, his mischievous ex returns.

**Why watch:** The cozy restaurant and its quirky regulars are the highlight. If you’ve seen Hideyoshi in *School Trip*, expect a goofier, more outspoken side here.

### 3. All the Liquors

Food is practically a character here. **Han Ji Yu (Kim Jun Hyung)** is a food lover fresh from a breakup who stumbles drunk into **Park Ki Hoon’s (Won Do Hyun)** restaurant. Ji Yu loves drinking with his meals, while Ki Hoon hates alcohol so much that he bans it in his restaurant. Ji Yu’s company then wants Ki Hoon to create a menu for a new alcohol, so Ji Yu must convince him.

**Why watch:** The opposites-attract romance is funny, and Ji Yu’s pure joy in eating is uplifting. It will make you hungry every episode.

### 4. Our Dining Table

It starts with an unusually large rice ball. **Hozumi Yutaka (Inukai Atsuhiro)**, a lonely salaryman, shares his lunch with a boy named **Tane**. Tane’s older brother **Ueda Minoru (Iijima Hiroki)** then asks Yutaka to teach him to make it. As they cook and eat together, a slow-burning attraction grows.

**Why watch:** It’s described as one of the most comforting Japanese BLs, with little drama and plenty of heart. Tane is the star of the show.

### 5. Old Fashion Cupcake

Nearly 40-year-old **Nozue (Takeda Kouhei)** feels unfulfilled and thinks he’s too old for youthful pleasures. His younger coworker **Togawa (Kimura Tatsunari)**, who secretly likes him, takes him on food dates to help him enjoy life again, starting at a pancake shop.

**Why watch:** The story is simple and realistic, and the older leads give it a different feel from youth-focused BLs. Its message: it’s never too late to try something new.
