**Cast:** Duniya Vijay, Rachita Ram, Raj B. Shetty, Achyuth Kumar, Umashree **Director:** Jadesh K Hampi | **Runtime:** 2 hrs 36 min

Landlord is set in a rural village in the 1980s, where the land is under the tyrannical control of a powerful landlord, making life miserable for the community. When a common man stands up against him, a conflict erupts, and the villagers must unite for justice and survival with the help of a newly appointed police constable.

This one has all the hallmarks of a satisfying rural action drama — a familiar premise elevated by a strong ensemble cast led by Duniya Vijay and Raj B. Shetty. If you enjoy period action films with a social conscience, this is your pick of the week.

## 2. Seetha Payanam (SunNXT — March 19)

**Cast:** Aishwarya Arjun, Niranjan Sudhindra, Dhruva Sarja, Prakash Raj, Sathyaraj, Arjun Sarja (cameo) **Director:** Arjun Sarja | **Runtime:** 2 hrs 32 min

Seetha Payanam centers on Seetha, an aspiring chef who narrowly escapes a fatal accident that transforms her outlook on life. As she embarks on a gratitude journey toward those who saved her, she falls in love with Abhishek — a man harbouring a secret that threatens to upend everything.

A touching father-daughter collaboration backed by a veteran star cast. Expect emotion, romance, and a twist worth waiting for.

Seven episodes of slow-burn, layered storytelling from Kerala — exactly the kind of gripping series that Malayalam cinema has made its signature on OTT.
