T-Hub 2.0 will enter a new phase with a stronger emphasis on internationalization and capacity building thanks to new international relationships with Bangladesh and Uzbekistan. The T-Hub 2.0 building has 10 stories and a total built-up area of 5,82,689 square feet on 3.14 acres. It is built in a T form.

The Department of Science and Technology’s (DST) Center of Excellence is tasked with promoting AI and ML on the seventh level. The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) project is proposed for the eighth and ninth floors, along with social impact enterprises and young entrepreneurs (Y-Hub).

T-Hub 2.0 is based on a hybrid work model approach and new industry standards. The four-minaret Charminar, the city of Hyderabad’s emblematic monument, served as an inspiration for the design. The building is the largest basic cantilever structure in the entire nation since it rests entirely on four pillars like a plank.
