Samsung Galaxy A54 battery size and charge speed disclosed by the FCC

The Samsung Galaxy A54 has just received FCC certification and will soon be available. An SM-A546E will have a battery with a minimum capacity of 4,905 mAh and allow 25W fast charging, according to the listing provided by the US authority.

Although earlier rumours predicted a minor rise to 5,100 mAh, the Samsung Galaxy A54 is most likely to have a battery capacity of at least 5,000 mAh. We doubt it will ship in the retail box, but the FCC filing disclosed it could be charged via a Samsung EP-TA800 converter, a 25W Power Delivery USB-C charger.

Other phone specifications that were revealed by Geekbench included an Exynos 1380 chipset that has yet to be released, at least 6GB of RAM, and Android 13 out of the box.

If Samsung adheres to that schedule, the A54 won’t go on sale for another two months after the last two Galaxy A5x series phones arrived in March.
