Samsung launches its new 32-inch Dragon Knight G7 gaming display in China

The Samsung Dragon Knight G7 monitor with product code S32BG704EC is a 32-inch 4K IPS gaming monitor sold solely in China. This smart display is powered by the most recent Tizen OS system, which supports a variety of streaming apps, including cloud gaming. It also supports screen mirroring and DLNA screen projection, making it simple to connect mobile devices to the monitor.

The primary role of this panel, however, is high-fidelity gaming at 4K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. This is possible because HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4 are supported. It also has FreeSync Premium Pro and G-Sync support.

The monitor supports both desktop PC and console display input, but one should note it is not indicated how many display connectors there are.

The display has 95% of DCI-P3 colour coverage, but the peak brightness is not particularly high, as it is only approved for DisplayHDR 400. Samsung also confirmed 1 ms response time (gray to gray).

Preorders for the Samsung Dragon Knight G7 are currently available for 4999 RMB (around 717 USD). This 32-inch gaming display is expected to be available as early as next year.
