Oppo Reno8 4G arrives with the Snapdragon 680 SoC

Oppo has launched its latest phone, the Reno8 in Indonesia, this device is the eighth in the Reno8 Series and features specifications that are exclusive to it from the Reno7 lineup that launched earlier in March.

Oppo Reno8 4G detailed specifications:

The latest smartphone from the Chinese smartphone maker features a 6.43″ AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and refresh rate of 90Hz. It has a punch-hole cutout for the front camera.

It is powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and 256 GB storage. In the optics department, we see a triple camera setup on the rear with a 64MP primary sensor, two 2MP macro shooters, and a depth lens. On the front, it has a 32MP shooter.

In terms of the software aspect, it runs on ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12 OS. It packs a 4,500mAh battery with support for 33W charging.

The Oppo Reno8 4G arrives in Dawnlight Gold and Starlight Black colors and is available to pre-order for $339 or Rs.26,917. It will go on sale in Indonesia on the 26th of August, the smartphone is expected to launch in other markets on the 1st of September.
