What are the 5 immediate adverse effects on Indian Football as FIFA bans AIFF?

After celebrating India’s 75th Independence Day, all the Indians woke up to very bad news on the 16th of August 2022. FIFA has decided to place a ban on the All India Football Federation (AIFF) citing the reason “undue influence from third parties, which constitutes a serious violation of the FIFA Statutes”.

However, FIFA will lift the ban as soon as AIFF complies with FIFA policies. FIFA statement confirms: “The suspension will be lifted once an order to set up a committee of administrators to assume the powers of the AIFF Executive Committee has been repealed and the AIFF administration regains full control of the AIFF’s daily affairs.”
