Vivo V25 Pro and Realme 9i 5G highlight upcoming smartphone launches this week:

This upcoming week will be an exciting one in terms of smartphone launches. We will witness the launch of three new smartphones, all from different brands. Two of them are scheduled to launch in the Indian market while one of them will be debuting internationally. POCO, Vivo, and Realme will launch their latest offerings this week, let’s take a look at the smartphones.

POCO M4 5G:

POCO M4 5G

Poco will be debuting the M4 5G globally on the 15th of August. The smartphone will be revealed in a live stream set to take place at 6 PM GMT+8 on YouTube. The latest offering from POCO is a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11E with a different back panel and an improved selfie shooter.

The smartphone has been announced officially in India, it features a 6.58″ FHD+ LCD display with a decent refresh rate of 90Hz. A MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset powers it, it has a dual-camera setup on the rear featuring a 50MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth lens. On the front, we see an 8MP selfie shooter with a 5,000mAh battery with 18W charging support, and more.

The latest offering from Vivo will be launching on the 17th of August and the launch event will be live streamed via YouTube at 12 PM IST.

So far we know that the V25 Pro will feature a color-changing fluorite AG Glass Back Panel similar to its predecessor, the V23 Pro. Apart from this, we see a 120Hz Curved OLED display, MediaTek’s Dimesnity 1300 SoC, a rear camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor with OIS, and a 4,830mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging.

Vivo could also launch the V25 vanilla variant which could feature the Dimensity 900 SoC but the brand has not yet revealed anything as of yet.

Realme 9i 5G:

Realme will be launching the 9i on the 18th of August, the smartphone will be a budget offering from the brand and will retail between Rs.10,000-Rs.15,000.

The phone will be unveiled via a YouTube live stream that is scheduled to begin at 11:30 AM IST. Going by the leaks and renders, the smartphone features a MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC along with a flat frame design.

It arrives in two classy color options namely black and gold.
