Samsung teases the Galaxy Z Foldable device with an official trailer

Samsung has been hyping its next-generation foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Z Foldable for quite some time now. As per unofficial leaks and other teasers, we have some idea about when the Galaxy Unpacked event will take place and what to expect from it. The brand has now released a better and longer trailer for the event that is set to take place on the 10th of August.

Samsung will launch the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 on August 10th

The latest 45-second commercial from Samsung carries the slogan, “flex is better than flat,” this is the brand’s attempt at pushing the narrative that having a foldable smartphone is much better and more functional in comparison to the conventional smartphone. The video is in accordance with the trend of design that we have seen in the leaks and there is not much deviation in terms of design from its predecessors.

The Galaxy Z Flip4 will arrive in four colors namely, blue, black, beige, and lavender. The Z Flip4 and Z Fold4 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen1 chip and will feature a larger cover display with a bigger battery.

In terms of pricing, do not be surprised to see a higher price tag on the devices, there could be some offers and there is also a $200 reservation credit that can now be accessed. The foldable smartphones will be the star of the show at the launch event along with the Galaxy Watch 5 and the Buds Pro.
