Robert Lewandowski on his way to Barcelona at last with €50 million deal agreed

Barcelona have reached a swift agreement with Bayern Munich for the signing of Robert Lewandowski. The Poland international only wanted to move to Camp Nou, and now an agreement has been reached between the two clubs for the transfer.

Bayern will receive €50 million including add-ons for the striker, who has agreed a three year deal with Barcelona. The Blaugrana have also announced his signing on their official social media accounts, and in the coming days he will be presented as a new player.

Robert Lewandowski to move to Barcelona

The 33-year-old made it clear at the end of the 21/22 season that he wanted to leave Bayern. He was always clear about his desire to move to Barca, even though there was interest from Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain.

Over the weekend, the medical for the transfer will take place. And subsequently, all the formalities surrounding the transfer will be completed. Once the contracts have been signed, he will be presented as a new player for the Culers.

Despite their financial limits, they have been able to enjoy a very productive transfer window. They have signed Andreas Christensen and Franck Kessie as free agents. And have also agreed the signing of Raphinha from Leeds United for around €58 million. Robert Lewandowski has become the latest to join the club, despite the restrictions imposed on them for incomings.
