Tecno has launched new budget smartphones in India under its Camon series. The company has launched two devices, the Tecno Camon 19 and the 19 Neo in India. Both smartphones have been priced under Rs 15,000.
Both the latest offerings pack identical specifications apart from few differences in camera and design.

Both phones sport a 6.58-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD with 500 nits of peak brightness. The screen has a hole-punch cutout at the top centre for the front camera. Both models feature a standard 60Hz refresh rate display.
Under the hood, the devices feature a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC. The processor is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Both devices get up to 5GB of virtual RAM support. The phones have a 16MP front camera.
For photography, the device sports a triple rear camera setting. It includes a 64MP main camera. SuperNight, Night mode filters, Video HDR, Pro Mode, Video Bokeh, and Film Mode are just a few of the many photography modes available on the phone. Up front, there is a 16MP shooter for selfies and video calls.
Android 12 powers the Tecno Camon 19 Neo. For security, it comes with a fingerprint scanner. The smartphone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 18W flash charging support. Other key features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, microSD card support, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS, a 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C port.
The Tecno Camon 19 costs Rs 14,999 and is offered in Eco Black, Sea White, and Geometric Green colous. On the other hand, the Camon 19 Neo carries a special launch price tag of Rs 12,499 and can be availed in Eco Black, Ice Mirror, and Dreamland Green colors. The regular variant will be available across retail outlets whereas the Neo model will go on sale starting July 23rd on Amazon.
