The player has agreed personal terms for the transfer as well, which have not been an issue throughout the negotiations. However, the Toffees are set to lose one of their most important players in exchange for a cash inflow, which could be very important for their financial situation right now.

Richarlison joins Ivan Perisic, Yves Bissouma and Fraser Forster as the new arrivals for Spurs this summer. Antonio Conte is being backed massively by Daniel Levy and the rest of the board, which is a huge turnaround from their transfer policy in recent years. As a result, the new squad is looking like one capable of ending their long drought for silverware.

Tottenham are also in the race to sign Clement Lenglet on a loan deal from Barcelona for the 22/23 season. The two clubs are in direct contact over the final details and are expected to wrap up negotiations very soon.
