Tottenham Hotspur are expected to complete the signing of Yves Bissouma soon. The Brighton midfielder will be the third signing for Antonio Conte this summer, after the arrival of Ivan Perisic and Fraser Forster.

Several top clubs were interested in signing the Mail international. But, it seems like the Lilywhites have won the race to his signature. As a result, they will be reinforcing their midfield, with Harry Winks expected to leave the club. Rodrigo Bentancur, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg and Bissouma will be paired in the heart of the park, which gives Conte a number of great options to choose from.

Yves Bissouma to sign for Tottenham in the coming days

Spurs have agreed a £30 million deal for the player, who has agreed a five-year contract already. He only has one year remaining on his current deal, and as a result, Brighton are cashing in on him while they still have the option.

Yves Bissouma was one of the key players for Graham Potter, as he guided Brighton to a ninth placed finish in the league – the highest ever in their history. He attracted a lot of interest for a transfer during the January transfer window as well. But, no deal was agreed at the time.

Tottenham have been very active in the transfer market, and the board have supported Antonio Conte immensely in the transfer market. Despite three signings potentially agreed already, there could be more arrivals for the London club by the end of the window.
