The Oppo-owned company is attempting to increase its presence in the United States as its global presence everywhere else is pretty significant with the exception of North America. This partnership will focus more on offering affordable 5G services and improved accessibility in and around the region.

The Nord N20 5G was launched in the country a few weeks earlier as an entry-level smartphone device for a modest $300 or Rs. 23,352 which makes it one of the most affordable 5G-supported smartphones, however, it will be sold exclusively via T-Mobile and Metro.

Through this new marketing partnership, the OnePlus brand is looking to expose itself to a larger customer base which will lead to other carriers coming forward to sign deals with it and expand its presence.

In terms of specs, the Nord N20 5G features a 6.43″ AMOLED display and is powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. There is a provision for a microSD card to expand the smartphone’s capacity. It runs on Android 12 OS with OxygenOS on top and it has a 4,500mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
