Nvidia and AMD Graphics cards are now selling for just 10% over MSRP in Germany

Since the beginning of 2022, GPU prices have been steadily declining, and they are presently at their lowest levels since the GPU crisis began. GPU prices in Germany for both Nvidia and AMD graphics cards have decreased to around 10% above MSRP this month, according to 3DCenter.

According to the 3DCenter price graph, Nvidia RTX 30 series GPUs have slipped to 114 percent above MSRP. The price of AMD RX 6000 series GPUs has dropped even further, to 107 percent, placing many of the references or lower-end AIB partner cards online with higher-end AIB partner cards at MSRP.

Prices have begun to flatten in the last two months, with monthly price deflation of less than ten percent. Before April, GPU costs had been declining at a rate of 10% or more each month since the beginning of 2022.

If current pricing holds, then Nvidia and AMD GPUs should be available at MSRP in less than two months

Voodoo2 SLI on Reddit broke down pricing for the whole AMD RX 6000 series GPUs and Nvidia’s RTX 30 series graphics cards to measure pricing down to each model.

Some SKUs, including the RX 6800, RX 6800 XT, RTX 3070, and RTX 3060 Ti, still have significant markups, as demonstrated by the pricing above. Several additional cards, such as the RTX 3080 Ti, RX 6900 XT, RX 6600 XT, RX 6500 XT, and RX 6400, have MSRPs of $199 or less.

This indicates that some cards have a much higher supply or demand than others. It’s notably noticeable in the mid-range sector, which is the most affected. RTX 3070 and RX 6800 cards are nearly impossible to obtain in-stock everywhere, especially in the United States.

However, prices are continuing to fall across the board, and with Ethereum prices continuing to fall, this trend should continue. It’s simply a shame costs haven’t dropped till now, right before Nvidia and AMD release their next-generation GPUs.
