Batting first, RCB posted 189-5 on the scoreboard. Glenn Maxwell scored 55 and Dinesh Karthik mustered 66 and Shahbaz Ahmed scored 32 runs. , David Warner slammed 66 runs for Delhi Capitals and Rishabh Pant hit 34 runs for the team. However, DC lost crucial wickets against RCB’s bowling attack and finished with 173-7 on the board, losing the match.

Both teams have won their previous games and have enjoyed their campaign so far in IPL 2022.
