OnePlus 10 Pro 5G launched with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC and Hasselblad Camera in China

OnePlus has finally revealed the OnePlus 10 Pro in China earlier today. The latest flagship packs major improvements over its predecessor and packs Qualcomm’s latest chip along with support for faster charging and a second-generation LTPO screen with an even more flexible adaptive refresh rate.

OnePlus has already activated the support page of the OnePlus 10 Pro on its Indian website as well so we can expect the device to launch in India very soon as well, but as of now, it remains exclusive to China.

Let us take a detailed look at the specs of the OnePlus 10 Pro:

The OnePlus 10 Pro features a 6.7″ LTPO panel with a high refresh rate of 120Hz, the device has a brand new design with a metal frame that has been integrated with 3D nanocrystalline ceramics. It features a metal camera casing that seamlessly merges with the frame on the rear, the iconic OnePlus alert slide has been retained along with the matte rear glass panel. The device measures 8.5mm thick and weighs 200.5g.

Coming to the camera specs, there is a second-generation Hasselblad camera for mobile, it comes with a triple camera setup on the rear wuth a 48MP Sony IMX789 primary sensor with an f/1.9 aperture lens and OIS, it has a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens with support for 150-degree field of view and an 8MP telephoto lens with OIS and 3.3x optical zoom. There is also a dual-color temperature LED flash integrted into the camera module on the rear.

The OnePlus 10 Pro has a 32MP selfie shooter, the latest Hasselblad Pro mode allows users to capture 12-bit RAW images on all three rear camera lenses while all the lenses are also capable of shooting 10-bit color videos as well.

The OnePlus 10 Pro is powred by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip that has been paired with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM along with 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The OnePlus 10 Pro will be competing against other prominent falgships with the same chipset such as the Moto Edge X30, Xiaomi 12 Pro, Realme GT2 Pro, and the iQOO 9 Pro.

The OnePlus 10 Pro has a 5,000mAh battery with support for SuperVOOC 80W fast charging which can charge your phone from 0 to 100 in under 32 minutes. The smartphone supports 50W fast wireless charging and also reverse wireless charging.

The OnePlus 10 Pro runs on ColorOS 12.1 based on Android 12 in China, it has HyperBoost for gaming as well. Coming to the pricing of the device, the OnePlus 10 Pro will be priced at RMB 4,699 (54,500 INR) for the 8GB RAM+128GB storage variant, RMB 4,999 (58,000 INR) for the 8GB RAM+256GB variant, and RMB 5,299 (61,500 INR) for the 12GB RAM+256GB storage variant.
