At CES 2022, Dell announced their latest high-end gaming monitor. The Alienware 34 QD OLED offers a 175Hz QHD panel, 1800R curvature, and Nvidia G-Sync support, among other features. When the debut date, which is set for late March 2022, is confirmed, the pricing will be revealed.

Samsung revealed its first 4K 240Hz offering at CES 2022, resulting in some really amazing monitors. The Alienware 34 QD OLED gaming monitor from Dell is another ace up its sleeve (model number AW3423DW). It’s the “world’s first Quantum Dot OLED” gaming display with exceptional specs.

We currently have no idea how much it will cost. Dell said it will release the price closer to the shipping date, which is slated for March 2 in China, March 29 in North America, and April 5 in Europe (rest of the world).

A 34-inch Quantum Dot OLED panel graces the Alienware 34 QD OLED gaming monitor. It can output material with a 3,440 x 1,440 pixel resolution and a 175Hz refresh rate through a DP cable. Due to bandwidth constraints, the latter is limited to 100Hz when viewed through HDMI connection.

It has a 21:9 aspect ratio, 1800R curvature, 250 nits average brightness and 1,000 nits peak brightness, a million to one contrast ratio, and a 0.1ms GTG (grey-to-grey) reaction time.

The Alienware 34 QD OLED gaming display offers Delta E values of less than 0.2 and covers 99.3 percent of the DCI-P3 and 149 percent of the sRGB colour gamuts, respectively. VESA HDR 400 and Nvidia G-Sync certifications are also included.

Two HDMI 2.0 ports, one DP1.4 port, four USB Type-A connections, two 3.5mm audio inputs, and an RJ45 Ethernet socket are among the connectivity choices available. It comes in the Lunar Light colour version and weights 6.92 grammes (15.6 pounds). Yes, AlienFx allows you to control four separate RGB zones (back, power button, downlight, and loop).
