Ranveer Singh starrer “83” film sets records before its release; The film gets 35 brands onboard and will release in 5 languages

Ranveer Singh’s film 83 will be released on December 24th. The film will be portraying India’s historic win in the 1983 world cup and has broken quite a few records before its sleep. ’83’ is the first Hindi film that will be released in 5 languages and has 30 sponsors from brands in the film.

The film will be released on Christmas in 5 languages. These are Hindi, Tamil, Telegu, Kannada and Malayalam.

  1. The film got 35 brands for branding, in-film associations and out-of-film placement, some of them are Mobil, Aqua Pura Mountain Water, Fevicol, Carrera Eyewear, Tide Power and KromaColor.
  2. Experts of this industry believe that ’83’ is one of the major films that has roped in multiple brands.

Reliance Big Entertainment (Reliance Creative And Content Solutions RCCS) shared, “These brand tie-ups are a good strategy for us to garner more media and also it helps the film to reach more audiences and territories. We have got a massive brand association for the film. We have done around 30-35 brand tie-ups for the film including in-film and out-film together.”

Market estimates state that the cost of a brand’s placement within a movie ranges between Rs. 20 lakhs to Rs 1 crore. The partnership depends on the star cast, brads and the film’s kind of partnership.

The movie has grabbed some attention since its announcement. It has Bollywood’s power couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone.

On Friday, the historic victory of the Indian team was displayed on Dubai’s Burj Khalifa. Kapil Dev, Sunil Gavaskar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Kabir khan were watching the scene. The tallest building in the world displayed visuals from the movie and Kapil Dev looked at it with huge satisfaction and pleasure.
