After CAMON 18 and CAMON 18P, TECNO has unveiled another phone in the series, the CAMON 18i in Nigeria. As per a Nigerian publication, the device is yet to get listed on the company’s website but it is available in the region. It come with a Full-HD+ IPS LCD display, triple rear cameras, a MediaTek Helio chipset, and a 5,000mAh battery. So let’s see more details about it.
Tecno Camon 18i Specs
Camon 18i is a rebranded phone of vanilla Camon 17. Talking about outward looks, the Camon 18i sports a 6.6-inches screen with 720 x 1600 pixels. The screen is IPS, and it has a dot-notch kept on the left hand-side of the phone.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with Mali G52 GPU. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging technology. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage. Tecno has offered a microSD card slot for additional storage expansion.
The TECNO CAMON 18i is equipped with a triple rear camera unit comprising a 48MP primary sensor, a 13MP portrait lens with 1.7x optical zoom, and a 2MP (f/2.4) depth sensor. For selfies and video calling, the phone has a 16MP front-facing camera. The dual-SIM phone supports 4G connectivity and runs on Android 11 out of the box.

The Tecno Camon 18i is priced at N84,500(~$189) for the sole 4GB RAM and 128GB variant. It is available in various colors but the exact color variants are unknown. It can be purchased across authorized Tecno stores in the country.
