FIFA 22 has been officially announced and will hit stores worldwide on 1st October. You can also pre-order it and get early access to the game. EA Sports has brought Hypermotion technology to FIFA 22 to give it a fluid feel.
EA Sports have revealed the top 10 highest-rated players in the game. There have been many more ratings revealed and leaked in the last few days. Among all those ratings, German midfielder Leon Goretzka has caught the eye of everyone.
The Bayern Munich midfielder was 84-rated in FIFA 21. However, after winning the Champions League in 2020 and being one of the key players in Bayern, managing the midfield, the former Schalke man has received a +3 overall boost with 87-rating in FIFA 22.
EA Sports have increased Goretzka’s base stats with a +1 dribbling, +2 passing, +3 pace, +4 shooting, +4 defending and + 4 physicality. This makes all of his stats +80 which is the first case in FUT history for a Gold card. Goretzka’s 87-rated CM card is set to become the first-ever Gullit-Gang gold card.
The 87-rated Goretzka CM card will no doubt be one of the most overpowered centre midfielders at the start of the FIFA 22 game cycle. It will also be the best Gold CM in FUT history.
However, the Bayern Munich powerhouse will come with a hefty price tag at the start of FUT 22. His card was priced at around 60,000 FIFA coins at the start of FUT 21. So it is expected that his 87-rated card will be listed for at least 150,000-200,000 FIFA coins in the transfer market at the beginning of FUT 22.
FIFA 22 is now up for Pre Order. There are two versions, Ultimate and Standard edition. The Ultimate edition comes for Rs 4,299 while the Standard edition is priced at Rs 2,999. If you already own the previous version of FIFA, you can get a 10% discount on FIFA 22.
