RedmiBook 15 price in India, specs, sale date, and official news

Xiaomi is all set to bring the Redmi-branded laptops to the Indian market soon, the first set of laptops from the Redmi brand will be launched in India on 3rd August and the lineup is set to be called the RedmiBook series. We can expect at least two laptops from the lineup.

Over the past year, apart from smartphones, Redmi has forayed into several new segments such as a fitness tracker, TWS, and Smart TVs. With the launch of the laptop, Redmi will aim to grab a considerable chunk of market share in the mid-range laptop market.

While there is not much information available about the Redmi Book laptops in India, the company has been teasing some of the features and specs of the same. From these teasers and hidden hints on e-commerce sites, certain features of the laptop have been revealed. The RedmiBook will be sold on Flipkart in India.

Redmi launched its first laptop in China in May 2019 and has remained exclusive to the Chinese market for some time now. India appears to be next up on the list of markets they intend to expand into. They launched the RedmiBook Pro Series in China back in February this year but that was a take on the new-Gen MacBook Pro, but it is unlikely that India will get this.
