Lenovo announces Yoga Duet 7i and IdeaPad Duet 3 detachable PCs for its Indian market

Lenovo, China’s leading PC manufacturer, recently announced its new PCs for its Indian market. The newly launched devices are the Yoga Duet 7i and IdeaPad Duet 3i detachable PCs, which will target students and average PC users.

Incidentally, Lenovo’s Yoga Duet 7i will be the company’s first-ever Yoga-branded Windows tablet which will also come with a detachable Bluetooth keyboard. On the other hand, the IdeaPad Duet 3i targets students with affordable pricing options.

According to the design of the devices, it’s a clear estimation that they take inspiration from Microsoft’s Surface tablet lineup, which also features a detachable and adjustable kickstand at the back. Coming to the specifications, the Yoga Duet 7i will be available with the latest 11th-gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 processor with Intel Xe graphics. The device will also be supported with 8GB of DDR4 RAM and a 512GB M.2 2242 PCIe 3.0×4 NVMe SSD.

Its other specifications include that the tablet will come with a 13-inch WQHD (2160×1350) IPS panel with 450nits brightness along with Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The display will also support 10-point multi-touch. The specifications listed down by Lenovo also suggest that the device comes with Dolby Vision and 100% sRGB.

Coming over to the IdeaPad Duet 3i, the device comes equipped with classroom essentials and will be Lenovo’s first-ever IdeaPad PC sporting a detachable form factor. It also supports Lenovo’s Digital Pen, making it easy for the student to take notes and help the students take full advantage of a full-function lightweight PC.

The device is powered by the Intel Celeron N4020 and comes integrated with Intel UHD Graphics 600. The processing tasks are supported with 4GB DDR4 memory along with 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. The device also sports a 10.3-inch WUXGA (1920×1200) IPS display with 340nits brightness and 10-point multi-touch support.

The Lenovo Yoga Duet 7i is priced at ₹79,999 ($1072), and the IdeaPad Duet 3i will be available at ₹29,999 ($402). They will be available across India via Lenovo.com, Amazon India, and other online partner platforms starting 12 July, from noon onwards.
