Realme X7 Max 5G launched in India with Dimensity 1200 SoC and 64MP camera

Realme has launched its new premium mid-range smartphone in the Indian market. This 5G handset is called the Realme X7 Max. Let’s see its specifications and prices. 

Realme X7 Max flaunts a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display and comes with a high refresh rate of 120 Hz. It has a screen resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels and has a 360Hz touch sampling rate. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset and is paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. This storage can be further expanded via a microSD card.

The Realme X7 Max features a triple rear camera system at the back. This includes a 64 MP Sony IMX682 sensor, an 8 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2 MP macro lens. For selfies and video chats, it offers a 16 MP selfie snapper. It offers a stainless steel Vapour Cooling system. To better the listening experience, it brings dual stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio.

The device runs on Android 11-based Realme UI 2.0 custom skin on top. will also get an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. The smartphone draws energy from a 4,500 mAh battery cell and is paired with a 50W fast charging support. There is a 65W charger that comes in the box. It also has an IPX4 rating for splash resistance.

Connectivity features of the Realme X7 Max include 5G, 4G LTE, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging. Currently, the device is offered in two colours which are Mercury Silver and Asteroid Black. The company might roll out the Milky Way colour option soon.  

The sale of the handset will start on 4th June from Flipkart and Realme websites. It is offered in two different variants:

  • 8 GB + 128 GB: Rs 26,999 
  • 12 GB | 256 GB: Rs 29,999
