BOE’s new-gen glass-based Mini LED capable to deliver 1000 nits brightness, 115% NTSC color gamut, and more

The International Display Technology Conference (ICDT 2021) was held in Beijing and multiple market leaders participated in this event, including BOE.

At this event, the electronic component producer, BOE officially announces the mass production of its new generation glass-based Mini LEDs. The road map is fully ready, however, no exact date when it will start is not mentioned.

BOE is already praised globally for its work on display. With the new generation Mini LED it will receiver more for sure. The new Mini LED display is built on glass-based display technology along with micro-level packaging technology. The company uses active driving methods to achieve the 1,000 nits of brightness, million-level ultra-high contrast, and 115% NTSC Ultra-high color gamut.
