6. ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14

ASUS India has finally launched the ROG Zephyrus G14 with new AMD Ryzen 5000HS processors along with RTX 30-series graphics. ASUS hasn’t made any or huge design change but has upgraded the display to QHD and made some hardware improvements.
After all these upgrades, still, the ROG Zephyrus G14 still weighs just 1.6 kg, though. The 14-inch gaming laptop has upgraded from Ryzen 4000 series APUs to AMD’s new Ryzen 5000 series. Also, ASUS has adopted NVIDIA’s Ampere architecture and has upgraded the ROG Zephyrus G14 to the GeForce RTX 3060.
Another notable change is that ASUS has equipped the machine with the Max-P version of the GeForce RTX 3060, which should represent a significant performance increase from the GeForce RTX 2060- Max-Q found in last year’s model.
The CPU and GPU in the ROG Zephyrus G14 does the rest of the device a disservice although. The new model retains its predecessor’s chassis, which means that its weight will be around 1.6 kg with a smaller footprint than that of most other gaming laptops.
Further, there will be improved display options on the 1080p and 120 Hz panels that ASUS also offered last year. According to ASUS, the new ROG Zephyrus G14 will be available with a 1440p and 120 Hz display in only a few markets, but most countries will receive a 1440p and 144 Hz one, instead. 5. ASUS ROG Flow X13

The Taiwanese OEM has been developing unique laptops and devices for quite some time now and their 2021 invention has got be the unique Asus ROG Flow X13. A 2-in-1 gaming laptop with beefier specs up to the new 8-core Ryzen 9 5980HS and a capable NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 GPU.
After its launch event was cancelled on May 12th, ASUS India silently launches its unique 2-in-1 gaming laptop in India today, powered by AMD Ryzen 5000HS processors. However, it is unclear whether or not the XG Mobile external GPU will also launch in India, and the price of the gaming laptop is still unclear.
Specifications
Asus threw all of its craziest ideas into the latest 13-inch convertible laptop called Asus Flow X13. It will one of the first to feature a Ryzen 7 5800HS CPU up to the Ryzen 9 5980HS. It will also come equipped with a GeForce GTX 1650 GPU, although Asus does not specify if it will be a Max-Q, Max-P, or even Ti variant.
However, it will have a 35 W TDP to suggest that it will be similar to the one found on the Razer Blade Stealth. It will also sport liquid metal cooling, an 8 core, 16 threaded AMD Ryzen 9 5980HS CPU, vapor chamber external graphics, and a 16:10 120 Hz Gorilla Glass touchscreen.
The second characteristic feature of the laptop is its special ROG XG Mobile external GPU dock. The tiny dock measures only 208 x 155 x 29.6 mm and it houses a non-removable mobile GeForce RTX 3080 GPU using vapor chamber cooling and an active fan. Additionally, the dock integrates I/O ports and is able to recharge the laptop simultaneously.
The concept of the Flow X13 and ROG XG Mobile dock is intriguing. Although it will require a proprietary connector meaning that the dock will not work on any laptop other than the Flow X13.
On the other hand, the special connector offers a wider PCIe x8 bandwidth while all current Thunderbolt-based eGPUs are limited to PCIe X4. Asus also claims that Flow X13 users can squeeze more performance out of its external RTX 3080 as compared to Thunderbolt solutions with the same GPU.
Asus offers two configurations of the laptop in the US – one powered by the Ryzen 9 5900HS and a 120Hz, 1,920×1,200-pixel display while the other with a Ryzen 9 5980HS-based “Supernova” edition with a 3,840×2,400, 60Hz screen.

3. ASUS ROG Strix G15 and G17

Finally gamers in India can now purchase both these new laptops as both the Asus ROG Strix G15 and Strix G17 come with up to an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX CPU, Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 GPU, up to 32GB of RAM, and 2TB of solid-state storage.
The Asus ROG Strix G15 and Strix G17 have indistinguishable features, as their names suggest, the former comes with a 15.6-inch screen and the latter 17.3-inches, with a refresh rate of 300Hz, which will have to settle for FHD, 1920 x 1080 resolution. The WQHD with 2,560 x 1,080 variant has a refresh rate of 165Hz. Both variants have a 3ms response time.
Options for the CPU on the Asus ROG Strix G15 and Strix G17 include the AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX, Ryzen 7 5800H, Ryzen 5 5600H, and, also, the AMD Ryzen 7 4800H. GPU options, on the other hand, are limited, as one only gets to choose between an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 and GeForce RTX 3060.

1. ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 SE

ASUS India has finally brought the new AMD powered gaming laptops to India and gamers can get their hands-on with these premium ROG laptops. Among them, the beastly ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 SE is now available with up to AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX & NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 graphics.
The 2021 Special Edition update has seen the laptop making the leap from Intel Comet Lake-H to AMD Zen 3 up to the Ryzen 9 5900HX including a new liquid metal cooling. Meanwhile, the GPU will get an upgrade to the GeForce RTX 3070 with 8 GB of RAM or RTX 3080 with 16 GB of RAM.
What is still subject to test is the claim made by Asus of having clock rates of up to 1645 MHz and a TDP of 115 W. The Taiwanese company is also yet to specify if the new GPUs will be Max-Q or Max-P either since last year’s Zephyrus Duo 15 was limited to the GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q.
The laptop possesses a 15.6-inch main display, that users can now configure with a 120 Hz 4K UHD panel with full AdobeRGB coverage and fast 3 ms response times. The version released last year was limited to 60 Hz 4K UHD only.
