Redmi Note 10 5G and Note 10 Pro 5G launched in China

Redmi has launched released two new smartphones in the Redmi Note 10 5G series. The two devices are Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 10 5G. Let’s check what are the specifications and the prices of the devices.

Redmi Note 10 5G

NOTE 1000 Redmi Note 10 5G and Note 10 Pro 5G launched in China

Redmi Note 10 5G features a 6.5-inch FHD+ display and comes with a refresh rate of 90 Hz. It has a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 700 mobile processor and runs on Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin out of the box.

The device is equipped with a Side Mounted fingerprint sensor. In terms of optics, the device hosts a dual camera module at the back. This includes a 48 MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth lens. At the front, you are offered an 8 MP selfie snapper. It packs a 5000 mAh battery cell and is paired with an 18W fast charging support.

The smartphone is launched in four different variants:

  • 4 GB + 128 GB = ¥ 999 or approximately Rs 11,000
  • 6 GB + 128 GB = ¥ 1199 or approximately Rs 13,500
  • 8 GB + 128 GB = ¥ 1399 or approximately Rs 16,000
  • 8 GB + 256 GB = ¥ 1599 or approximately Rs 18,000

Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G

The smartphone sports a 6.67 FHD+ AMOLED screen and has a high refresh rate of 120 Hz just like its 4G handset. It uses Corning Gorilla glass Victus for protecting the display and has a 240 Hz touch sampling rate. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1100 chipset and runs on Android 11-based MIUI 12 custom skin out of the box.

It has other features like X-axis linear motor, NFC 3.0 and Bluetooth 5.2 which were already leaked before by a few tipsters. In terms of optics, it has a triple camera system at the back with a 64 MP primary camera lens. It is supported by an 8 MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video chats, you will be offered a 16 MP selfie snapper.

The Redmi Note 10 Pro draws energy from a 5000mAh battery cell and is paired with a 67W fast charging support. This can fully charge the device in mere 42 minutes. To better the listening experience of the users, the smartphone is equipped with JBL stereo speakers and Dolby Atmos features. The handset measures 163.3 X 75.9 X 8.9mm and weighs 193 grams.

The smartphone is launched in three different variants:

  • 6 GB + 128 GB = ¥ 1499 or approximately Rs 19,000
  • 8 GB + 128 GB = ¥ 1799 or approximately Rs 21,000
  • 8 GB + 256 GB = ¥ 1999 or approximately Rs 23,000
