Huawei introduces its new power-packed notebook Huawei MateBook 16 on this Thursday. This new notebook houses Ryzen 5000H series processors inside along with the top-notch display, battery, and other functionalities. Have a look at all the specifications.
The new Huawei MateBook 16 has a 16-inch IPS panel display surrounded by very slim bezels. Due to this, the users will get a 90% screen-to-body ratio with it. To describe the ability of the display, the spec sheet reads the support of 1680 x 2520 pixels resolution, 189ppi pixel density, 1.07 billion colors, 3:2 aspect ratio, 1500:1 contrast ratio, up to 300 nits brightness, 100% RGB color gamut, and a viewing angle of 178-degrees.
This notebook has support for the multi-screen collaboration to connect Huawei phones with it.
As I mentioned in the beginning, this MateBook 16 is powered by AMD’s Ryzen 5000H series processors. There are two variants – one is coming with the Ryzen 5 5600H and the other one has Tyzen 7 5800H processor. Along with these chips, there are AMD’s Radeon graphics, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and 512GB NVMe PCIe SSD. Huawei is providing pre-installed Windows 10 inside.
Battery & Charging :-
There is an 84Wh lithium-polymer battery to provide the power backup and as per the claims, it can deliver its support for up to 3.5 hours. The company is providing a 135W fast charger with this MateBook 16.

Huawei is offering two color options – Haoyue Silver and Deep Space Gray. The model with 5600H costs 6,299 Yuan or around $978 and the 5800H model is prices 6,799 Yuan or nearly $1,055. Currently, this launch is restricted within China only, no news of the global launch yet.
