Also, having won the Scudetto after 11 years, signing Inter Milan’s Achraf Hakimi is very difficult as well given his season at the club as well.
Max Aarons is appreciated by the club as well. Moreover, Norwich City came up to the Premier League which could further complicate Arsenal’s chase for the player. Other clubs such as Everton are also joining the race for the player.
