OPPO promises 3 years of system updates to Find X3 Series

Oppo has delivered amazing news to its Find X3 Series users by reassuring them that the device will get at least 3 years of system updates. According to reports, Oppo is looking to push that support window to 4 years but that is not concrete as of yet.

It is customary amongst smartphone makers to provide two years of system updates but Oppo seems to be taking advantage of this and is going above and beyond to give customers better support service.

The Oppo Find X3 is their flagship model that will be viable for up to 3 Android updates although Oppo usually only provides 2 as per their policy. Since the Oppo Find X3 came with Android 11, it will be eligible to get Android 12 and 13 as well.

The Oppo Find X3 is a 6.7″ smartphone featuring a camera bump that seamlessly rises from the same piece of the back panel glass. It comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and supports 5G.

It has a 4500mAh battery with the provision of fast charging at 65W, the company claims the battery can go from 0 to 100% in just 80 minutes. It also supports wireless charging with a 30W system.

The Oppo Find X3 was unveiled along with the Find X3 Neo and X3 Lite. Oppo is looking to pit its flagship model against Samsung’s Galaxy S21 Ultra. It is expected to be priced at 52,900 INR.
