FC Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are ready to swap Alaba and Lucas Vazquez

FC Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are ready to swap one of their players in the next transfer window. As per some reports in Europe, David Alaba and Lucas Vazquez will be swapped at the end of the season.

Both the players will be free agents at the end of the season as their contract ends with the current club. But they are not ready to sign another new contract with their current club.

David Alaba joined Bayern Munich in 2009. He has played 421 games with Bayern Munich and scored 33 goals. He has won 9 Bundesliga titles with Bayern Munich. He has won 2 UEFA Champions League titles in his time at Bayern Munich. He was part of the treble-winning teams both times in 2013 and 2020.

On the other hand, Lucas Vazquez is one of the stars on the Spanish side. The Spanish winger joined the club’s youth academy in 2007. He was promoted to the first team in 2015. He was part of Real Madrid’s UEFA Champions League’s hat-trick campaigns in 2015–16, 2016–17, and 2017–18.

However, the Spanish winger has rejected the club’s recent proposal. Whereas FC Bayern Munich gave up on versatile Alaba in November. If this swap happens then, it will be a profit for both sides.

There are also some rumours regarding Sergio Ramos, who may leave the club at the end of the season. David Alaba can be a perfect replacement in his place. And for FC Bayern Munich, it will increase the bench strength if Lucas Vazquez finally joins them.
