Amazfit, nowadays, is very pro-active towards India. In case you have any doubt, it showcased the new members of the GTR 2 and GTS 2 family in CES 2021 that was organized from 11th January to 14th January. Just after that, both the products were listed on India’s two leading e-commerce platforms – Amazon India, and Flipkart along with the launch date and time. Now, both the smartwatches come to live for sale on the respective e-commerce platforms from today. Not only that but both the pricing are also the same, you have to spend Rs.9,999 for any of the newcomers.

While the GTS 2e features a 1.65 inch rotatable HD AMOLED screen, the GTR 2e features a similar configuration, albeit with a smaller sized screen at 1.39 inches. Moreover, while the GTS 2e model boasts of a 341 ppi pixel density, the GTR 2e has 326 ppi pixel density.
The smartwatch has the feature of measuring the wearer’s blood oxygen saturation at any given point. Additionally, the BioTrackerTM 2 PPG high-precision optical sensor enables the watches to provide 24-hour heart rate monitoring. They can also provide warnings when the wearer’s resting heart rate is abnormally elevated.
The Personal Activity Intelligence (PAI) system allows for users to understand their physical state through a score that is calculated by considering the heart rate, activity duration and other health data into a single, intuitive score.
Both the models feature stress level monitoring, as well as 90 outdoor sports modes that can be accessed via an offline voice assistant as well. Additionally, sleep monitoring is also one of the key features of the newest releases by Amazfit with the likes of sleep stage analysis and sleep breathing tracking all built into the models.
The GTR 2e model claims to have a battery life that lasts 24 days with normal use. Whereas the GTS 2e model lasts 14 days with normal use. Both watches can also be connected to the Zepp app available for smartphones to check their physical condition at any time and check their body data as well.
The Amazfit GTR 2e is coming in three color options – Black, Gray, and Green; all these three colors are available on Amazon currently. On the other side, the Amazfit GTS 2e has three colors to choose – Black, Green, and Purple. However, only the Black and Purple color wearables are available on Flipkart. The Green color variant will be available in the coming days.
