[Exclusive] OnePlus Band expected specs and pricing, launching soon

Earlier, we’ve got multiple reports saying that OnePlus has been working on its very first smartwatch. But, recently another leak has come out regarding the OnePlus Band. It looks like OnePlus is going to launch its OnePlus Band before launching its smartwatch. OnePlus Band is about to get launched in 2021. As of now, we’ve got some leaked specs and expected pricing of that device. So, let’s quickly get into that.

The upcoming OnePlus will be available in three different color variants: Black, Navy, and Tangerine Gray. Regarding the dimension, the OnePlus Band is going to be a light-weight device, will weigh around 22.6 grams (with straps) and the main tracker of it weighs around 10.3 grams.

In terms of display, we will get a 2.97-cm AMOLED panel in this device having a resolution of 126 x 294 pixels. The display of the OnePlus Band also offers a controllable brightness feature, by which you can adjust the brightness of the display as per your needs. The system of this device will support three different languages: English, Hindi, and Chinese.

This device has a touch-capacitive display. So, you can control it using your finger-touch. For the well being of your health, the OnePlus Band has the feature of Blood-Oxygen monitoring (by an optical sensor) as well as an optical heart rate monitoring feature. Accelerometer, gyroscope sensors are there as well in the device. There will be a lot of sports modes you are going to get in the OnePlus Smart Band, such as outdoor run, indoor run, fat burn run, outdoor walk, cricket, badminton, swimming, and many more.

For dust and water resistance, this device will come with an IP68 certification. The OnePlus Band will be fueled up by a 100mAH battery and it will last up to 14 days on a single charge, as per OnePlus will claim. For charging, you’ll get a wired dongle with the device of USB-A. You will get all the features of message notification, Incoming call acceptance & rejection, music playback, stopwatch, alarm, camera shutter control, weather forecasting, and so on. The company has not shared anything regarding the pricing of the device. But we can expect that this device will be priced at under Rs. 3000 in India.
