Can Liverpool win back to back Premier League titles after leading in Christmas?

Liverpool is leading the Premier League table for the third consecutive season during Christmas day. In the 2018-19 season, they finished the league as runners up, as Manchester City was crowned champion. But last season Liverpool maintained their lead and claimed the most coveted Premier League trophy after 30 years.

This season they are again at the top of the table in Christmas. Liverpool wants to repeat the same as last season to claim their 20th title and touch the record of Manchester United.

Manchester United will not let their rivals to match the record so easily. The Red Devils are now just 4 points behind Liverpool.

Manchester United has the record of winning the title despite not leading the table at Christmas. The Red Devils have done that 8 times in the Premier League history.
