Reports indicate that the application filed by Samsung on December 10 is categorized under EUIPO’s Nice 9. The category comprises everything from display panels and products for Smartphones, PCs, TVs, and wearables.

The new trademark might play a significant role in the event, given the announcement’s timing and the upcoming event. The new brand from Samsung shows the company’s stand in the display market.
