Christmas comes early to Milan as Zlatan Ibrahimovic treats squad to PS5s

Despite being released very recently, Sony’s PS5 is running low on stocks, owing to the great demand. The fact that the entire AC Milan squad received a unit each could be the reason for it.

Striker supreme Zlatan Ibrahimovic gifted the entire squad a PS5, as Christmas came early to the Rossoneri, courtesy of the Monster from Malmo.

Zlatan has been in tremendous form despite being 39 years old, and is currently at the top of the Serie A scoring charts, with an unbelievable 8 goals from only 5 matches.

In contrast to their struggles in recent years, AC Milan are currently at the top of the table. They sit two points clear of their nearest challengers, Sassuolo with 15 points in contrast to their 17.

Rafael Leao, Samu Castillejo and Mateo Mussachio took to Instagram to appreciate the gesture shown by the Swede, as they posted stories about their brand new consoles.

Despite his unconventional and charismatic exterior, Zlatan is a very humble and generous human being. This gesture could be a way to motivate the entire team to fight for their place in the league.

Milan have been in red hot form since the start of the season and will be hoping to extend their run of form as long as possible to try and usurp Juventus from their throne.

The once-titans of Europe have endured a sharp decline over the last decade. They last won the league title exactly a decade ago, in the 2010/11 season.

The Rossoneri have been starved for silverware since the 2016/17 season, winning the Italian Super Cup last. All that said, this isn’t the first time Zlatan has treated his teammates. He did the same thing at PSG when he treated the players to an Xbox console.

This gesture is bound to go a long way with the Milan squad, and will certainly motivate the players to give their best on the pitch.
