La Liga fans have made their choices clear with an online poll for Marca

The first couple of months of the new season has brought about a fair share of surprises in Spain. Marca conducted an online survey, asking the Spanish fans about their predictions for the 20/21 season.

The results were rather surprising, and here is their choice, for every category.

Title Favourites

Atletico Madrid have been chosen as the favourites to win the La Liga title at the end of the season. Considering that the Rojiblancos are unbeaten so far into the season, they have a fair chance of lifting the League title.

In addition, they have two games in hand on current leaders Real Sociedad and could lead the division by 3 points if they win both their pending matches.

42% fans have voted for Atletico, whereas 24% have chosen Real Madrid. Barcelona have been voted by 21% and Sociedad are given 13% of the votes.

Best Player So Far

After a decent first season at the Spanish capital, Joao Felix is putting on some great performances for Atletico Madrid this season. He has five goals and two assists from 7 games and has been voted as the best player by 35% of the fans.
