Mobvoi Launches Flagship TicWatch Pro3 GPS with Qualcomm® Snapdragon Wear™ 4100 Platform in India

  • The first Wear OS by Google™ smartwatch to use the Qualcomm® Snapdragon Wear™ 4100 Platform
  • Provides optimized performance
  • The entire design has been updated to be lighter, thinner, stronger and faster

India  3rd November 2020 – Mobvoi Inc., a leading Artificial Intelligence company and maker of TicWatch, launched its highly anticipated TicWatch Pro 3 GPS to the ever-growing Indian smartwatch market. With the launch of Pro3, it becomes the first Wear OS by Google™ smartwatch to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 platform, making it the most powerful and advanced TicWatch yet. It also features an enhanced battery life, blood oxygen tracking, new Tic apps including TicZen, TicBreathe, and TicOxygen, and more workout modes. The entire design has been updated to be lighter, thinner, and stronger, and has an incredibly sleek appearance with a comfortable silicone strap. Even with a larger-capacity battery, the TicWatch Pro 3 GPS is slimmer than the TicWatch Pro 4G and Pro 2020.

With people embracing technology in all aspects of their life and experimenting with latest tech & innovations, it becomes all the more exciting and relevant to introduce products that define their lifestyle. Taking this into account, the team behind this latest smartwatch wonder at Mobvoi conducted an internal research that led them to discover what differentiates a smartwatch from being good to a great one. The answer was longer battery life and hence, TicWatch Pro 3 GPS is powered with a 557mAh battery. With that, customers can run the watch in Smart Mode with up to 72 hours of use, while in Essential Mode, it lasts up to 45 days.

What also makes this smartwatch stand out is the Wear OS by Google. TicWatch Pro 3 GPS is the first to come on this platform in turn taking full advantage of the super-fast performance and ultra-low power of the highly anticipated Qualcomm Snapdragon Wear 4100 platform. The high performance is made possible through the revamped CPU, GPU and memory subsystems while the low power is achieved with the 12-nanometer process and a series of platform optimizations. These enhancements support faster app launches and help to bring a highly fluid and responsive user experience to the smartwatch.

On introducing TicWatch Pro 3 GPS to the Indian subcontinent, Tushar Chimurkar, Business Head, Multi Electronics (Country Partner for Mobvoi) said, “We are thrilled to bring Mobvoi’s latest flagship smartwatch, TicWatch Pro 3 GPS to India. The smartwatch is built on the fastest processor that promises great performance and speed like never before, which makes it an exciting addition to our already much-loved product portfolio. We have always received an overwhelming response from the Indian smartwatch connoisseur and with this latest launch, we are sure that they will embrace this product that is high on tech, design, features and so much more. “
