Jio partners with TED to support the ‘Climate Countdown Initiative’

This 2020 will be remembered over the ages due to the global pandemic. Our life got stuck in our homes, all the superpower countries are facing economic crises, and so many others never seen before problems hit us. Alongside this negativity, a small amount of positive side is also there, and that’s reflected in nature.

The volume of greenhouse gases in the air has dropped temporarily, not only that but the emotion also reduced. The notable point is the emotion doesn’t stop. So, our Earth is still worming, and the oceans are still acidifying. Altogether, the climate is moving towards a negative direction.

The companies around us are well aware of it and the telecom service provider Jio is not an exception. Expressing its concern towards climate change, Jio joined hands with TED to support its ‘Countdown’ initiative.

ABOUT TED CLIMATE COUNTDOWN INITIATIVE:

  • TED Climate Countdown is a global initiative to champion and accelerates solutions to the climate crisis for turning ideas into action.
