Xiaomi Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro launched with SD865 and 144Hz adaptive displays

Finally, the wait is over as Xiaomi has launched its Mi 10T and Mi 10T Pro smartphone yesterday (30th September). Let’s get into the specifications of those two masterclass smartphones from Mi.

MI 10T runs on the latest MIUI 12 which is based on Android 10 OS and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. Regarding the display, this phone features a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a Full-HD+ resolution with a refresh rate of 144Hz and a 20:9 aspect ratio, also the HDR10-certification and put out up to 650 nits at full blast. This flat LCD has an adaptive refresh rate and can go as low as 30Hz to fit the content. Moreover, there are some intermediate modes too, like 48Hz for movies, 60Hz for regular video, 90Hz, and 120Hz too. The display is protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. This phone comes in two different color variants: Black and Silver.

The SD 865 SoC of this phone is paired with 6GB RAM/128GB internal storage or 8GB RAM/128GB internal storage, where the RAM is LPDDR5 and the storage is UFS 3.1. Coming to the camera section, the Mi 10T features a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 64-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 5-megapixel macro shooter. For the selfies, this phone offers a 20MP selfie snapper at the front.

In terms of battery, the Mi 10T is fueled by a decent 5,000mAH battery with the support of 33W fast charging. This phone also features stereo speakers, Hi-Res Audio certification, and X-axis linear vibration motors for an immersive multimedia experience.

Regarding the connectivity, the Mi 10T features every connectivity facilities, like Wi-Fi 6, dual-SIM support, NFC, Bluetooth 5.1, dual-frequency GPS, IR Blaster, and a USB Type-C port for charging.

Coming to the pricing, the vanilla Mi 10T (6GB/128 GB) will be available in Europe soon at a price tag of €500 whereas the 8GB/128GB variant will be at a price of €550. This phone will be available through a network of partners, both carriers and retailers.
