Tata Sky Binge+ STB receives a price cut now available for Rs. 2,999

Tata Sky’s hybrid set-top box dubbed as Tata Sky Binge+ is a streaming device like the other Android streaming devices and it even functions as a conventional set-top box which can show you the normal TV channels which airs over the satellite and to put it in simple words the Tata Sky Binge+ set-top box includes both satellite and OTT content.

Recently Tata Sky started manufacturing in India in partnership with Technicolor and recently after that Tata Sky came up with a promotional offer to lure more customers towards its STB and under the offer company has reduced the price of its Android TV Binge+ set-top box second time in a month to Rs. 2,999 down from the launch price of Rs. 5,999 when it launched a few months ago.

Tata Sky has also reduced the price of Tata Sky Binge+ multi-TV connection from Rs. 3,999 to Rs. 2,499. The Tata Sky Binge+ multi-TV offers existing Binge+ users to add an additional STB for their another Television and also gives users of standard Tata Sky STB to upgrade to Tata Sky Binge+.

Tata Sky Binge+ runs on Android and supports Google Assistant based search along with access to Google Play Store using which you can download applications compatible with the Android TV platform. The Binge+ also gets a very interesting feature dubbed Catchup TV that lets you access TV content for the last 7 days.

New users of Tata Sky Binge+ are entitled to 6 months of Tata Sky Binge subscription which includes several OTT platforms including Disney+ Hotstar, SunNXT, Hungama Play, Shemaroo, and Eros Now and 3 months of Amazon Prime subscription for free. After the free subscription period gets over users will have to shell out Rs. 249 per month for the Tata Sky Binge subscription whereas Amazon Prime will be available for Rs. 129 for a month or Rs. 999 for a year.
