FIFA 21 Official FUT gameplay: Some major improvements have been observed

EA Sports has announced that they are going to release FIFA 21 on 9th October worldwide. They have also already revealed a host of major changes coming to FIFA 21.

FIFA 21 Official FUT Gameplay has been revealed. Youtuber, MattHDGamer has got the chance to play the game and test its gameplay before the release. He has now posted on Youtube the FIFA 21 Gameplay exclusive video!

Matt Craig claims that the passing is a lot more accurate than the previous edition of FIFA. The gameplay is also much faster in FIFA 21.

The faster gameplay has been introduced for players and will make the first touches more responsive. It will allow you to have greater control of your team.

FIFA 21 has also been compared to FIFA 17 for its new dribbling techniques. The new dribbling technique is hard to master but once you have learnt it will be easier to glide past defenders.

Blocking has been redefined and “controlling tackling technology” help keep it more realistic. EA has added another feature to skip celebrations, which has been done to “reduce toxicity” in the franchise.

Gameplay producer Sam Rivera told SPORTbible, explaining the reductions: “There are people who play a lot of matches in the weekend and they need to complete 30 matches in a certain amount of time.”

“We really felt like there were instances where if we’re giving you an experience, it has to be smooth and it has to be to the point. I just want to come here and play; that’s what the game is for.

“I score a goal and then I’m going to watch all the replays, walk back and take 15 seconds to take the kick-off – we don’t really celebrate those types of behaviours so we want to keep the game to the point.

“The game flow is so important and we need to keep it as short as possible. I play a lot of FIFA and for years I’ve felt we needed to trim this animation down so you don’t have 15 seconds of celebration plus ten replays…

“It’s a change the hardcore community are going to appreciate a lot.”

FIFA 21 will be a major upgrade of EA Sports’ FIFA franchise. FIFA 20 received a lot of negative feedback so EA seems to have listened finally and has made some major improvements.
