Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom launched in India: All you need to know about

Realme India launched 4 new products among which there are two smartphone from the new X3 series, a TWS earbud, and a Adventure backpack. A total of three new categories are launched in the same event. Now let’s discuss about the Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom smartphone in depth.

As we all know that the Realme X3 SuperZoom was launched in China a few weeks ago, this is the same device that is being launched today. Whereas, the X3 is the new addition as it was not launched previously and made its first appearance in the Indian market.

Realme X3 is the vanilla version of the X3 series and it packs a 6.57-inches FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display panel is also protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 panel. There is the quad rear camera setup that houses a 64MP Samsung GW1 primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter and a 2MP macro shooter. The phone also has a 12MP sensor at the back, with a telephoto lens of an f/2.5 aperture that supports 2x optical zoom. For selfies and video chat, the Realme X3 has a 16MP Sony IMX471 camera sensor at the front with an f/2.0 lens, alongside an 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter.

The phone packs in last year’s flagship chipset from Qualcomm – Snapdragon 855+ paired with 128GB UFS 3.0 Boost storage. The smartphone will be available in 6GB and 8GB RAM versions. The phone is powered by a 4,200mAh battery which is charged by a 30W Dart charger that can fully charge the device within 56 minutes.

Realme X3 is the advanced version of the X3 series with a very powerful camera and it packs a 6.57-inches FHD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display panel is also protected by a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 panel. The phone also has the quad rear camera setup that includes the 64MP Samsung GW1 primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens and the 8MP ultra-wide-angle shooter. Further, there is the 2MP macro shooter with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup also works with a preloaded Starry Mode for astro-photography. Realme X3 SuperZoom has an 8MP sensor at the back with a periscope-style lens setup that has an f/3.4 aperture and offers 5x optical zoom support.

The X3 SuperZoom also features the Snapdragon 855+ paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.0 Boost storage. It runs on Realme UI based on Android 10 just like the X3. This phone is powered by a 4,200mAh battery which is charged by a 30W Dart charger that can fully charge the device within 56 minutes.

Price and Availability of Realme X3 and X3 SuperZoom

The Realme X3 price in India starts at Rs.24,999 for the 6GB + 128GB storage variant. There is also an 8GB + 128GB storage option at Rs.25,999. 

Realme X3 SuperZoom has an 8GB + 128GB storage variant at Rs. 27,999 and a 12GB + 256GB storage option at Rs. 32,999.

Both Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom will be available in two distinct colour options, namely Arctic White and Glacier Blue.

The first sale for both phones will take place on June 30 at 12 pm (noon) via Flipkart and Realme.com. The pre-bookings will open at 8 pm today and will continue through June 27. The phones will also be sold via offline stores in the coming weeks.
