Arthur has been in Barcelona for only one season and he was already attracting interests from top European clubs. Juventus was leading the line as Barcelona also had one eye on Juventus midfielder Miralem Pjanic.
According to widespread reports, Arthur has finally accepted the Juventus deal. This deal will also see Pjanic moving to Barcelona along with €10m.

This transfer saga has been going on for a long time and finally, the deal has been accepted. Arthur was also criticised for his play against Athletic Club as Barcelona won by a slender margin of 1-0.
Barcelona manager Quique Setien accused him of having his mind on the Juventus transfer which has affected his style of play. Now, finally, Arthur has accepted the Juventus transfer.

This swap deal has not gone down well with the Barcelona fans. Many of them took to twitter to show their frustations.
Maybe, just maybe if Pjanić was valued at 20M and Arthur at 100M maybe then would this deal make sense. But swapping a 30 yo player for a 23 yo for a gain of 10M is ridiculous and baffling. This board continues to ruin the club. Can’t wait for them to be out next year.
