The Taiwanese giant has made an interesting move by bringing back its NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 and listing “new” one. The GT710-4H-SL-2GD5 is the new GPU but with the ancient tech but it still remains very popular on Amazon for its cheap price and can be used for low graphics use.

The GPU is still based on the Kepler architecture, the GeForce GT 710 features 192 CUDA cores, 2 GB of GDDR5 VRAM and a bandwidth of just 40 GB/s along with a 954 MHz base clock.

The new Asus GPU has passive cooling support, also supports PCIe 2.0 x1 and has four HDMI ports. Even though the GPU supports up to 4K resolution display across all HDMI ports, it can only do so at 60 Hz on one port and all of other ports are limited to 30 Hz.

Asus’s GPU Tweak II software provides intuitive performance tweaking, thermal controls, and system monitoring. Also, its single-slot design helps it to fit in small chassis and leaves room for additional PCIe devices.

Even though Asus has not revealed anything about the card’s pricing or availability but the “new” NVIDIA GeForce GT 710 is most likely to cost around $50 like its predecessor. Check out Asus’s official listing.
