Dell Latitude 9510 with 10th Gen Intel CPUs along with 5G Support Launched

Before the actual start of CES 2020, Dell has already announced its wide range of products including its new laptops and the Dell Latitude 9510 is one of them. This 15-inch laptop is oriented for business purposes and claims to deliver the longest battery life with a target of up to 15 hours. 

The Dell Latitude 9510 will be available in both 2-in-1 convertible and laptop form factors. It will be the world’s smallest and lightest commercial 15-inch laptop with a weight of just 1.45Kg. Dell has accommodated a 15-inch InfinityEdge display on a 14-inch notebook chassis. The 2-in-1 variant of the laptop also has touchscreen support.

Coming to the performance, the new Latitude 9510 series is powered 10th generation Intel Core i7 processors along with optional vPro. It is paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB PCIe SSD. On the connectivity front, we have Intel Wi-Fi 6 (Gig+) connectivity along with 5G mobile broadband support and the ports include a smart card reader, HDMI, and Thunderbolt 3.

On the side of the keyboard, we have two front-firing speakers and Dell has incorporated 5G antennas into the speakers to retain the thin-edge design of the InfinityEdge display. For thermal management, we have carbon blade fans and dual heat pipes. The laptop features an amp and four noise-cancelling microphones.

Dell’s Intelligent Audio technology delivers an enhanced experience during conference calls. The laptop features a PC proximity sensor enabled by Intel Context Sensing Technology and Windows Hello which provides a faster log-in experience. 

The Dell Latitude 9510 will also support optional LTE and Dell Optimizer which is an AI-based program that learns how you optimize your machine by opening your most-used apps faster, adjust audio settings automatically when conferencing, and much more.

Overall, this business-oriented laptop looks and feels premium as the notebook has a machined-aluminium finish with diamond-cut edges. Dell also provides the ExpressCharge Boost technology that provides up to 35% of charge in 20 minutes.

The Dell Latitude 9510 will be available globally from March 26 onwards with a starting price tag of $1,799 (around Rs.1,29,000).
