ASUS launches their brand new Zenbook Pro 14 with latest 8th Gen Intel Core i7-8565U & with Screenpad at IFA 2018

ASUS has been making headlines at the IFA 2018 by launching back-to-back products. With the Zenbook S, ASUS is trying to revamp one of their most premium laptop – the Zenbook Pro 14.

ASUS Zenbook Pro 14

The new ASUS Zenbook Pro 14 is much like its predecessor with respect to design & build. So, it will also be sleek & light as well…

The laptop features an all-aluminum design and comes with an ErgoLift hinge. It comes with ASUS’s proprietary ScreenPad.

The Zenbook Pro 14 is powered by the latest 8th Generation Intel Core i7-8565U processor. So, it will support integrated Gigabit Wi-Fi & up to Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Max-Q discrete graphics.

The device will feature a 14-inch NanoEdge Full HD display with ‘ultraslim’ bezels along with up to 16GB of RAM, SSD fast storage options… The ZenBook Pro 14 features fast face login and built-in support for Windows Cortana and Amazon Alexa voice services.

With the use of new Intel Core i7-8565U, you can expect at least 1.5x to 2x more battery life of the laptop than its predecessor…

The new updated ASUS ScreenPad

Asus has introduced new apps for the ScreenPad, that is exclusively available for the Zenbook Pro 14 & Pro 15. The new apps include Adobe Sign, Handwriting, and SpeechTyper.

Also, there are some updated apps by ASUS including the Sync appExtender Mode. The updated Sync app will make it easier for users to utilize a smartphone with the ZenBook Pro.

The improved Extender Mode, on the other hand, turns the ScreenPad into a secondary Windows display for dual-screen productivity… The Zenbook Pro users can download the new apps and updates via the ScreenPad settings menu… 🙂
